How can I pay for my merchandise?  What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal or 2CheckOut merchant services.  In order to insure prompt shipment of your customers merchandise once you have ordered it, we must insist on prompt payment.

 

Will I be responsible for returns on damaged or misdirected merchandise my customer may receive?

As far as your customers are concerned, you are the person or company from which they made their purchase.  They had enough confidence in you to make their purchase and expect you to resolve their concerns accordingly.  Be sure to reply to their emails or correspondence in a timely manner (within 24 hours) and insure them their concerns are going to be addressed and resolved.  Together as a team we will be sure your customers receives an adequate resolution to the issues they may have.  Our goal is to be certain that all of our customers are 100% completely satisfied.  Although in business we can't please 100% of our customers, 100% of the time, we will work diligently to resolve any matters concerning an unsatisfied customer.

 

How do I know when my merchandise has been shipped and when my customer has received it?

All merchandise is shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Tracking Confirmation.  You can send an email to teddy@teddytin.com if you need further assistance or have any additional questions.

 

Is there a set retail price I must charge my customers for their merchandise?

Yes.  All products are set at the retail price and must stay that way. The only exception would be if Teddy Tin, Teddy Loves, Teddy Pals and/or Teddy Friends runs a discount at which time you will be notified. You will not lose any profits during a sale as we will adjust the wholesale price to accomodate any changes.

 

How do I obtain the pictures for my web site?

With a Teddy Tin/Teddy Loves/Teddy Pals/Teddy Friends Membership, you will receive exclusive "Rights Of Usage" for teddy bear photos.   You do not have the "Rights of Usage" to the clipart images however.  Please refer to our copyright page for more information.  This makes it simple and convenient for everyone to advertise their new product line on the internet.  We provide complete and accurate images of each product we carry.

 

Is your web site secure?

A SSL(secure socket layer) means that your personal information is encrypted and readable only by merchant accountants.  Enjoy the safety and convenience of secure online shopping 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

I understand that there is a $99.95 setup fee if I decide to become a member.  Are there any additional fees that I should be aware of before I join?

The $99.95 setup fee includes a Teddy Tin, Teddy Loves, Teddy Pals, Teddy Friends or TEddy Babies to be shipped directly to you, 30 business cards, and a Teddy Tin, Teddy Loves, Teddy Pals and Teddy Friends website setup complete with your own domain name and business name.  In order to run Teddy Tin, Teddy Loves, Teddy Pals and Teddy Friends websites there is a nominal $19.95 monthly charge to keep your site running.  This includes site hosting, all product updates, and exclusive usage rights to all images and descriptions.  You will also have access into the wholesale member's area to purchase your Teddy Tins, Teddy Loves, Teddy Pals, Teddy Friends and TEddy Babies at 40% less the retail price!  The first month's fee will total $119.90 and will be $19.95 per month thereafter.

 

Is the setup fee refundable?

No.  This is a one time NON REFUNDABLE membership fee.

 

How are hospital shipments handled?

Due to the large number of undeliverable or lost packages to hospitals we will no longer be refunding any money due to a lost or undeliverable shipment. If you have a friend or loved one that lives nearby please provide their shipping address to have the package personally delivered to the patient.
